Bay Marine is excited to share with you one of our many winter projects! We are currently in the process of installing a new chock system on a 2005 Carver Voyager.

Your probably wondering what makes this new chock system different and better. For starters, these foldout chocks are not only innovative but useful as well. They are housed in fiberglass pockets that are conveniently built into the swim platform and fold out when the watercraft is stored. These chocks are constructed to cradle things with a “V” shaped hull, such as an inflatable or Jet Ski.

Once your watercraft is launched, the chocks then fold back into the pockets flush with your swim platform eliminating the headaches of tangled cords, dock lines, and hoses. This allows for full use of a clutter free swim platform. No more stubbing your toes or banging your shins on those bulky fixed chocks. Foldout chocks are made to self-adjust different dead rises to fit the bottom of your watercraft without having to constantly fine tune it. They can be installed on any boat with an existing hydraulic swim platform. Another perk, you can even choose a color that accents your boat.
