1996 Sea Ray 450 Sundancer

Twin 420 HP Caterpillar 3126 diesels (see upgrade details below) provide power and economy for this spacious yacht. Freshly polished (Jan 2024) and regularly serviced, she’s ready for an early start to the season.

The extended swim platform with cushioned marine Sea Dek flooring make boarding easy. Enter through the transom and you discover a large cockpit with seating for everyone and a custom-made wood cockpit table. The flat-screen TV and cockpit wet bar with an icemaker make this area ideal for entertaining friends, family, or clients.

The helm features Auto Pilot, Garmin GPS & Radar, a marine VHF radio with DSC, and JVC Bluetooth AM/FM stereo & amp. The helm seat swivels and is fully adjustable. Next to the helm seat is a large double/triple wide seat.

Down below is a spacious port-side galley with side-by-side under-counter refrigerator freezer units, a 3-burner ceramic stove top, a microwave oven, and a molded sink with pull-out faucet. Directly across to starboard is a large C-shaped convertible dinette, and a large flat-screen TV.

The owner’s stateroom, with flat-screen TV, is forward with a large queen size walk-around bed, with storage below and a solid wood sliding privacy door. The mid cabin also has a sliding privacy door, converts to either a comfortable entertainment nook with TV, or will sleep two additional guests.

There are two separate heads and the entire living space is cooled by two AC’s with heat recovery units.
