“WOW. We are from Virginia and bought a boat in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. We needed to have work done on our new boat and found Bay Marine online. They were exceptional in every way. We had a trip timing issue, as we needed to get underway to take the boat by water back to Virginia before the weather started getting cold and difficult. The boat needed to be ready without delay and properly repaired for a 1400+ mile trip across unknown waters, including three of the Great Lakes, the Erie Canal, the Hudson River, and the Atlantic. Tom Knauer bent over backwards to see that all work was done properly on our boat and in a timely manner. He provided good counsel, and everyone in that outfit was kind, attentive, and generous of their time, guidance, and expertise. They even let me camp out in their office with my computer so that I could stay up to date at work in Virginia. We can\’t say enough good things and recommend them without reservation. We just wish that Bay Marine and Tom and his staff were in Virginia instead of Wisconsin!”
