“What a difference a year can make! Very happy with how Bay Marine has conducted themselves as they continue to grow. Great service department! Had a couple hiccups with them last storage season but they addressed it promptly, professionally and with excellent performance in their service and billing departments. They have taken care of bringing on some new techs (most notably Miguel) who is great at troubleshooting any problems a boat may experience as it continues to age.

Recently had some service done in the boat at our harbor in Chicago (yes, they do “house calls” to at your marina) and Miguel made sure everything was in tip top shape and was able to quickly figure out that we had a problem in our steering column. The problem has since been fixed.

They offer competitive pricing, and lets all face it, that is key. I believe there is nothing wrong with getting charged reasonably for work to be done. Bay Marine pricing is competitive and their new service department makes me happy. I feel they really have taken care of our boat well.
